Neodymium Magnets

Neodymium Magnets are the most preferred product of A 2 Z magnets. These magnets are specially made from an alloy containing different elements of Iron and Boron (NdFeB). The NdFeB magnets are known for its strong type. Commercially very popular, comes in different shapes and sizes. Moreover, we also manufacture 53 grades magnets with high resistance and updated coatings of Neodymium Iron Boron. With the recent inclusion of 72 grades magnets, it has been rated amongst those improved quality products that A 2 Z Magnets offers.

NdFeB magnets are often being considered as anisotropic sintered magnets which has alloy, jet milled with fine powder. When these magnets are compacted with the presence of a magnetic field, it produces ideal process of magnetism. However, it also makes it a super powered Neodymium magnetisied magnet by sintering it with fuse powder.

The Neodymium magnets have several other names, which are popularly known as Neo magnets, Neodymium Iron Boron magnets, Neodymium-Iron-Boron magnets, Neodymium Magnets, NdBFe magnets, NdFeB magnets, NIB magnets, Super Strength magnets and Rare Earth magnets (please note that SmCo is also called a Rare Earth magnet). NdFeB also known as rare earth magnets because, neodymium in itself is a product that has rare earth element, having a value of 60 in the periodic table chart.

The required elements of Neodymium magnets are readily up for grabs and the NdFeB magnets are produced in several hundreds of tones each year, and that proofs that, there’s nothing rare about earth magnets. Just over 25 years ago when The Neodymium Iron Boron magnets (NdFeB magnets) were first developed.

Commercially, It was first used in the year 1984. Initially NdFeB magnets were developed for voice coil motors, which is an essential part of a computer hard disk. These magnets have several other applications this includes high performance motors, brushless DC motors, generators, magnetic separation, magnetic resonance imaging, sensors and loudspeakers.

With its increasing popularity, these magnets provide wide range of products, such as fridge magnets and all kinds of magnetically attachable gadgets for retail markets. A NdFeB Iron Boron magnet can contains 75% iron and thus, makes it a recumbent to corrosion. In order to provide protection, our Neodymium Magnets are coated with neo magnets and the most usual is nickel plating (Ni-Cu-Ni; effectively a triple coating).

Apart from all these, it also comes with different metal-coated plating to make it the most protective magnets in the market. Neodymium Magnets also comes in disc and ring forms, which are usually, work for axially magnetized. We at A 2 Z Magnets, provides wide variety of feature and shapes it up as per customer requirements.
